CV-RAPS is a culturally sensitive health educational program. Its mission is to lower the incidences of strokes throughout the Central Valley and improve the quality of life and health of those who lack access to healthcare information and services. CV-RAPS is patient driven and inclusive. It supports health advocates and professionals who want and deserve culturally competent, informed, quality care. CV-RAPS presents consistent informative programs including speakers or panelists focused on a topic that is timely and pertinent to healthcare consumers. In addition, each program includes display tables for agencies or services that serve the needs of medical care consumers.
CV-RAPS programs are held at the Health Plan of San Joaquin, located at 7751 South Manthey Road in French Camp, CA. 12 noon - 2 pm, every fourth Thursday of the month.
